Unique One of a Kind Projects
We understand what homeowners are looking for and how to push the boundaries of the design world to create sophisticated spaces with a wide appeal.
Denver: Joule Model Unit
Our goal was to create a space that had an unmatched energy and delightful transitional sensibilities to match the liveliness of the Golden Triangle, the cultural heart of downtown Denver. This model unit was designed exclusively for Joule, now known as 1000 Speer by Windsor, which was the newest luxury apartments in Denver’s Golden Triangle.
Austin: Bowie Two-Bedroom Unit
We wanted this model to emphasize the best of Downtown Austin living—live, work, and play! The rare combination of modern and vintage enhances the depth and warmth of the space. The Bowie Austin is a Luxury High Rise situated in the core of Austin, Texas. The multi-unit complex is truly the lap of luxury where all amenities are at your fingertips.
Austin: Bowie Studio Unit
The studio apartment model was designed to accentuate how smaller spaces can be warm, classy, and of course—spacious. This model was furnished with furniture, art, and accessories from Jonathan Adler of Austin.
Austin: Bowie Guest Suites
The guest suite and studio guest suite are available to residents to accommodate their guests. We gave the studio a higher level of design to fit in with the boutique hotel. While our objective with the larger guest suite was to create a calming environment with warm stimulating accents (including high-end finishes and a custom walnut bed frame), to keep with the vibrant vibe of the building.
Chicago: Aqua Pool Deck
The Aqua Tower, designed by Studio Gang, at 82 stories and over 1.9 million square feet is home to many including hotel, apartment complex, condominiums, parking garage, office spaces, and one of Chicago’s largest green roofs.
Aqua’s outdoor spaces were created to balance the building’s undulating, stacked balconies. The furnishings’ layering of color and texture also works to reflect the assortment of activities that take place across the deck.
From picnics to parties in private cabanas, and fabulous outdoor yoga classes, the deck is a wonderful withdrawal from the chaos of the city.
Chicago: Townhome Model
Roosevelt Square, a mixed-income community is situated in Chicago’s southwest side. The townhome model was designed as a promotional tool to illustrate to potential townhome buyers a modern slant to city living. The bulk of the furnishings were locally sourced and attained from retail stores. We used bright accessories and complementary paint selections to bring depth to the space while keeping the overall design grounded.
