Lenore Callahan Interior Design Expands to Denver
Lenore grew up around great design as she was born into a family of artisans and masons from Pompeii Italy. Her mother, a couture seamstress, and designer, and her grandfather and great-grandfather who were responsible for the remarkable stonework of the Pompeii Piazza del Santurario in Italy. Lenore recognizes her father and paternal grandfather, a Denver business owner, for her business savvy and strong work ethic, and as one of the most significant catalysts behind the launch of Lenore Callahan Interior Design.
Lenore Callahan Interior Design Works with Developers Lenore started her design career in Chicago where she worked with two of the leading luxury high-rise residential and multi-family developers, Related Midwest and Magellan Development Group, where she consulted on a variety of luxury residential and high-rise commercial projects, to include space planning, ffe design/selections and project management. Her work includes Roosevelt Square Chicago (image above), City North Scottsdale and the Aqua Tower Chicago.
In 2011 Lenore made her way to Austin, Texas and designed the interiors of The Bowie. The Bowie (shown above) is located in the heart of downtown Austin adjacent to Whole Foods and near Shoal Creek.
The intention behind the creation of this model was to showcase how one lives in Downtown Austin. The unique combination of modern finishes and vintage accents adds depth and warmth to the more modern setting of the building. The goal of downtown living is efficiency, live, work and play all in the same day!
Lucky for Denver design lovers, Lenore now shares her time now between Denver and Austin. This model unit was produced exclusively for Joule: the newest luxury apartments in Denver’s Golden Triangle. Lenore’s goal was to create a space that had an unparalleled energy and charming folk sensibilities, matching the vibrancy of the Golden Triangle: the cultural heart of downtown Denver. Lenore specializing in both residential and commercial design. Her success has been attributed to her innate ability to connect with clients and flawlessly realize their vision has been the driving force behind her success. She adds an upbeat and sophisticated design aesthetic to these growing markets with the goal of creating spaces that thrill, inspire and encompass her client’s uniqueness.
