Located in the Texas Hill Country, this architecturally stunning ranch home with a modern twist is reminiscent of the owner’s German heritage. Don McDonaldson Architects of San Antonio did a wonderful job of designing the home to maximize the extensive views and the many areas to enjoy them.
Our designer, Lenore participated in the cabinetry design, finish selections, and light fixtures, as well as, placing the client’s exquisite, antique furniture and art collection. The collaboration resulted in this stunning home.
Lenore created depth and texture to this ranch home by using a mix of materials- reclaimed French white oak floors, White Oak cabinets combined with painted cabinetry and stone accents.
One of a Kind Powder Bath
Custom designed and hand-painted cabinet with gold accents and the use of a vintage mirror and light fixtures created a one of a kind look.
Not all master bathrooms need to be separated with drywall, we love the use of a metal partition to enclose the shower and separate the water closet from his side and her side bathrooms. So creative and architecturally fabulous.
Ranch homes are in great demand, with the aging of America. Main floor masters and the lack of stairs make these homes very desirable.
Sunlight-filled corridors were used to connect the space and furniture vignettes were creatively placed to soften the space from the hard surfaces of the stone and glass.
Lenore is one of many Denver Interior Design firms that were selected by Marina Dagenais to be the experts that she represents as “The Design Matchmaker“. Lenore also serves Texas. View more of Lenore’s work.
